Problematic Purchase: Screw and the Arcs fell out, and had to reach out to the original installer to get the specs and find out what to do. Among other things he exclaimed 'someone sold you a lemon' despite this being installed less than 6 months ago and sent to the original owner. The installer subsequently also blocked me on messenger
